Foundations and flooring

For the timber framed standalone garden room we provide an innovative foundation base that is built to last. We drill holes into the ground and fill them with reinforced concrete. On these footings, concrete lintels are spanned across forming a beamed floor. Then the timber framed floor then sits on top of this along with the timber framed wall elevations.

Walls and insulation

All our walls are fully insulated, plaster boarded and plastered giving a real home sense to our products. If you are using your garden room as a music or recording studio it may be worth considering acoustic plastering.

Roof
